Shipping policy


*SHIPPING WITHIN UAE IS FREE ABOVE ORDER VALUE AED 99*

  • The standard delivery period within the UAE is 1-2 business days from the date of placing the order.
  • The delivery schedule is between 2 pm upto 10 pm Monday to Saturday.
  • Customers must enter the delivery location according to the delivery timing mentioned above and must make appropriate arrangements to receive the order at the mentioned location within this timeframe.
  • Once the order is dispatched, any change in delivery location may take additional 1-2 days. 
  • While we will try to accomodate deliveries as per customers requested timing, the same is not guaranteed as the delivery riders have multiple orders to deliver and cannot always accept special requests.
  • Same day delivery option is available for selected emirates- Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi at an additional rate of AED 15. 
  • For same day delivery, order must be placed before 10 am. Any same day delivery order placed after 10 am shall be delivered the next day before 10 pm. No same day delivery is possible on Sunday. For same day orders placed on Sunday, deliveries will be made on Monday.
  • Additional rate of AED 15 is non-refundable in case order is placed after 10 am and delivery is made the next day.

The standard delivery period to other GCC countries is 2-5 business days from the date of placing the order.


DELIVERY PERIOD


For countries ourtside of the UAE, the delivery will be made within 2-5 business days.

In certain cases of special and/or customised handmade products that are delivered from outside the UAE, we take at least 7-14 days business to deliver.

Information regarding the Airway Bill number will be communicated to the buyer via email or text message after the products are dispatched.

WE ALSO OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY FOR DELIVERIES WITHIN UAE

NOTE: IN SOME CASES, THE DELIVERIES MAY GET DELAYED BEYOND THE PROMISED TIME DURATION MENTIONED ABOVE DUE TO REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. IN SUCH CASES, IF DELIVERY IS DELAYED BEYOND 5 BUSINESS DAYS WITHIN UAE AND 12 WORKING DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THE CUSTOMER MAY OPT FOR A REFUND IF THEY CHOOSE TO DO SO.

REST ASSURED, WE SHALL TRY OUR ABSOLUTE BEST TO DELIVERY WITHIN THE PROMISED TIMEFRAME.

SPECIAL NOTES: In case of delays due to incorrect address/contact details or lack of customer availability, there shall be no refunds due to delays in delivery. Also, in case 3 attempts are made to deliver the order and order is returned to us, AED 20 shall be applicable for re-delivery.
