Refund policy
A. Return/Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day policy, subject to the following conditions:

Condition of Items: Items must be in original condition—unworn, unused, with tags and packaging intact.

Manufacturing Defects: If a product is received with a manufacturing defect, such as defective elastic bands, broken jewelry components, or other faults, the customer may request a refund or replacement. Details of the refund process can be found in Clause E.

Wrong Items Delivered: If a wrong item is delivered, we shall send a free replacement.
- Wrong Size: If wrong size is delivered than mentioned on the product description, we will send a free replacement with the correct size. If the correct size is received by the customer and yet it doesnt fit them, we can send resized product at a replacement fee of AED 25.

Other Reasons for Returns: For any reasons, we will only send replacemnets which shall incur a fee of AED 25 plus any price difference for the replacement item, subject to approval. In case the price is lower, the difference will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

Processing Time: Please allow us 4-5 business days for replacement requests; however, we aim to expedite this process.

Definition of defects and damages: Visibally defective or broken components such as broken elastic band, broken metal pieces, major cracks or any other such visible damages, shall be considered and defects.
NOTE: Refund is only possible in case product is damaged/defective upon receipt or a wrong item is deliverd or an item is missing from the order. The customer kmust notify us immediately in case they notice any such issues. For cash on delivery orders, cash refund is not possible and only store credit can be issued.

What are not considered as defect:

Imperfections due to handmade nature of products, and usage of natural materials such as stones, crystals, threads, rudraksha seeds, wooden/metal components, hand poured wax etc are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Products made from natural stones, which are inherently unique in their appearance may have imperfections, inclusions, crystal layers, minor surface scratches etc due to natural pheonomenons and color variations. These are natural and expected characteristic of these materials and may result in the product you receive differing from the images shown. These variations are not defects but features that enhances the individuality and exclusivity of each piece. We carefully select stones for their distinct qualities and natural properties, so we invite you to appreciate and enjoy the beauty and energy of your one-of-a-kind product.
- Issues related to product fit (e.g., size not fitting a body part) will not be considered a defect.
- Stone color variation (for the same stone) will not be considered as defect and shall not be accepted as a reason for return

- Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Missing or incorrect details may delay shipment. Cancellations or refund requests are not accepted for delays due to incomplete addresses.
- Damages due to water/moisture exposure or due to non-compliance of our Care Instructions shall not be eligible for returns/refunds or replacement.
B. Certification
Due to the high costs and logistical challenges of lab testing, we do not provide certification for our handmade products. However, we guarantee their authenticity. If a customer doubts the authenticity, they may arrange lab testing at their own cost (from a government accrediated gemstone laboratory). Should the product be deemed non-authentic, we will refund the product cost and testing fee. If found authentic, no reimbursement will be provided. Testing must be arranged within 7 days of receipt. Without a lab report, no refund request shall be accepted.
C. Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted. For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellations cannot be processed once the order is placed and the product is delivered.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rawspiritual.com . If accepted, we will provide a return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
D. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for resolution. As a reminder, inherent imperfections in our handmade products are not classified as defects.
E. Refund Process
If the request is eligible for a refund, following payment methids for refunds shall be applicable:
- For online payments, refunds will be processed to the original card and may take up to 30 banking days to reflect in the customer’s account. This time period may vary depending upon the customer's bank.
- For Cash on Delivery, customer shall be issued store credit only which can be used within 365 days of issuance. AED 10 COD fee is not refundable.
F. Disclaimer
The use of Healing Crystals and Rudraksha is based on individual faith and belief. Product information on our store is derived from publicly available sources, traditional wisdom and experiences, and we do not guarantee any health, financial, or psychological benefits. Healing stones, Crystals and Rudrakha products should not replace medical treatment or common sense.
